 Qualification:

All   players must be no older than 17 on 1st January in the year any  league match is played.

Only teams who have played in the Kingston League or Fairways competitions, are able to play in this competition 

Location to be agreed:

Winners of the previous year, to host the following years competition

Format   of Play: 

1. Matches are 4 x Singles Stapleford.

2. Best 3 scores to count, of the 4

Handicaps  and order of play:

1. Players must have a maximum playing Handicap of 28 boys and 36 for girls. 

2. One player may have a handicap of up to 36 for boys and 45 for girls.

3. Handicaps should be taken from each club’s recognised on-line register.

4. Handicap Allowance is the full  difference between Course Handicaps.

5. The Stroke Index is taken from the  Men’s card when a boy plays a girl.

6. In this instance a further calculation  is made of the difference between the Course Rating from the Red Tees  compared to the Course Rating from the White Tees. The difference is rounded   up/down and added to the Course Handicap of the player with the higher Course   Rating.

Tees:

1. The host club, nominates the tees to be used on  the day.

Other   General Rules:

1. No caddies, advice, criticism or any other interference from anyone including parents. Keep 25 metres distance from   play.
